Director's Message

Welcome to LHS as we proudly present The Addams Family! We hope you enjoy the show. Come alongside us as we venture into the quirky, odd, and slightly disturbing life of the Addams. I have had a ball working with this fun, talented, committed, and thoughtful group of students. I am so proud of the fact that we have 67 students participating in the musical this year between cast, crew, and pit. They have worked hard and put in numerous hours to make this show a success. It’s fun to be a part of the process and watch the development of the show take place. With this being such an uncertain year, there was a time I wasn’t sure we’d be able to make a musical happen. I am extremely glad that we’ve been able to provide this opportunity this year for our students. I would like to thank ALL of the many people and hands that have helped to make this production successful. A special thanks to Emily Wolfgang, Michelle McKaig, Wade Thatcher and the Tech Crew, Mike and Ramona Smith, Geoff Hammons, Amanda Hale, Aaron Acton, Todd Walton, and the Set Crew, the Stage Crew, Barb Springer and the Pit Band, Andy Wolfgang, and Randy Gustavson, Katie Trafford, Brandy Moss and the Make-up Crew. Thank you also to my husband, Greg, our daughters, Olivia and Amelia, and my parents for encouraging me all of my life in the performing arts. Most importantly to God…may He receive the glory for all of this talent. Please sit back, and enjoy what promises to be a fun and entertaining show!
